I’m Yihang Yao, originally from Xi’an, Shaanxi 🇨🇳.
I recently wrapped up my undergraduate studies at Beihang University’s School of Astronautics 🎓, and I’m about to dive into my master’s journey 🚀.
I’m deeply passionate about computer vision and multimodal information processing – I love teaching machines to see, understand, and make sense of our world through all kinds of data 💻🤖.

When I’m not coding or reading papers, you’ll probably find me:

  • 🎭 Watching drama and opera – I’m a big fan of live performances.
  • 🏸 Playing badminton – always up for a friendly match.
  • 🥾 Hiking – exploring trails and enjoying the outdoors.
  • ✈️ Traveling – because there’s no better way to learn than to experience new places and cultures.

Life is about both the pixels and the journeys – and I’m here for all of it! 😄
